These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of my website, services, and any associated communications. By accessing or using my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using my services.
 

1. Services Provided

I provide several services to attorneys, small law practices, and related entities. These services include but are not limited to:
- Drafting legal documents (e.g., contracts, agreements, motions).
- Providing legal research and analysis.
- Policy and compliance document preparation.

Please note, I do not offer legal advice, representation, or any services that constitute the practice of law.

2. Eligibility

To use my services, you must:
- Be of legal age.
- Use my services solely for lawful purposes and within the scope of your professional responsibilities.

3. Confidentiality

I understand the sensitive nature of legal work and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.
- All projects are protected by Non-Disclosure Agreements to ensure client information is secure.
- I use secure communication channels and encrypted file-sharing platforms.
- I have a 5+ year record of maintaining client confidentiality.

However, you acknowledge that no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Scope of Work

All services are provided based on the information you supply. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project details.
- Ensuring the final document complies with jurisdiction-specific rules.
- Reviewing drafts for any errors or omissions.

I do not take responsibility for:
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
- Misuse of documents once delivered.

5. Revisions

- Each document includes a specified number of revisions as stated in your chosen package or pricing plan.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at an extra charge, unless otherwise discussed and finalized, in writing.
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Turnaround Times

I aim to meet all deadlines as specified in our agreements.
- Standard Turnaround Times:
- Simple documents: 2 business days
- Standard documents: 3 business days
- Complex documents: 5 business days
- Rush Delivery: Available for an additional charge.

Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from you are not my responsibility.

7. Payments and Pricing

- Payments must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
- Due to the custom nature of my services, refunds are only provided in cases where work has not commenced or if agreed otherwise.
- Subscription Plans:
- Monthly hours not used cannot be rolled over.
- Subscription cancellations require 15 days’ notice.

8. Intellectual Property

- All drafts and deliverables become your property upon full payment.
- I reserve the right to use anonymized or redacted examples of my work for portfolio purposes, with your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

I strive to provide accurate and reliable services; however:
- I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services.
- I do not guarantee any specific legal outcomes as a result of using my drafts or documents.

Your use of the final documents is at your own risk and discretion.

10. Client Responsibilities

By using my services, you agree to:
- Use the drafts provided solely for professional purposes.
- Ensure that the final deliverables are reviewed, amended, and filed in compliance with jurisdiction-specific rules.
- Avoid sharing, reselling, or distributing drafts to unauthorized third parties.

11. Modifications to Services or Terms

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of my services at any time. Changes to these Terms will be posted on my website and take effect immediately upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
